Occasion brief
Clarify the event, dress code, venue, deadline and how the garment needs to function.
Private consultation
A focused appointment to turn references, event requirements and fit concerns into a clear production direction.
The service
A consultation is useful when you know the occasion but have not decided the silhouette, fabric or service route. It is also valuable for clients managing multiple wedding looks, group orders, complex fit needs or a tight event timeline.
The session can cover design direction, measurements, fabric suitability, budget range, production feasibility and the next steps needed to move into a confirmed order. Consultation itself does not automatically mean every proposed project will be accepted.
What this service can include
Final scope depends on design, timing and production capacity.
Clarify the event, dress code, venue, deadline and how the garment needs to function.
Turn references into a clearer silhouette, coverage and detail plan.
Identify proportion, comfort or measurement issues that may affect the design.
Review what the intended garment requires from the cloth and supporting materials.
Assess whether the requested project is realistic for the available production window.
Decide whether bespoke, ready-to-wear, alterations, styling or another route is most appropriate.
How it works
Share the event, garment type, date and references before the appointment where possible.
Use the consultation to resolve the most important design, fit and timing questions.
The studio recommends the appropriate service and confirms whether the project can proceed.
Where applicable, quotation, measurements or the next fitting stage can then be arranged.
Planning
Bring the real event date rather than an approximate month. Timeline affects fabric options, fittings, complexity and whether a custom project can be accepted at all.
Questions
Not every simple enquiry requires a full consultation, but custom, bridal, fit-sensitive or complex projects usually benefit from one.
Yes. Initial information and references can be shared on WhatsApp before an in-studio appointment is arranged.

Start the conversation
Book a focused appointment and send your references before you arrive so the conversation can start from a clear brief.
